Missed classes Unfortunately, I can’t offer refunds or credit for individual missed sessions. If you miss a class, I’m happy to share what we covered so you can practise at home. If I need to cancel If I need to cancel a class due to illness, bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, I’ll let you know as soon as possible and offer a rescheduled date. If a replacement date doesn’t work for you, you’ll get video tutorials for everything we completed in class. Health and vaccinations Please keep your dog at home if they are unwell or have been in contact with an infectious illness. Female dogs in season should skip class and rejoin when they’re able. Just get in touch and we’ll sort out the best option. Suitable dogs This class is open to dogs aged 6 months and over. Please tell me about any worries before booking, such as nervousness or reactivity around other dogs, so I can make sure the class is the right fit and give your dog the support they need. Dogs of all sizes and breeds are welcome. Equipment and methods All training is kind, ethical and force-free. Please bring a flat collar or harness and a standard lead (no extendable leads), plus plenty of tasty treats. For the safety and comfort of every dog, the use of prong collars, e-collars, choke chains or any other aversive equipment is not permitted in class. Safety and responsibility Handlers are responsible for their dog’s behaviour and for cleaning up after them. I reserve the right to ask a handler to step out of class if their dog’s behaviour is affecting the safety or wellbeing of others. In that case, I’ll always try to find a gentler alternative first, such as one-to-one support. Questions? Send me a message at07557880645 and I’ll be happy to help.
